Registration and Accommodations:
To reserve a space at camp, a $100 minimum per adult must be paid when you register. If you are on a half-scholarship, pay $100 or the balance, which ever is less. The remainder of the balance should be paid by Friday May 1st or make arrangements with registrars ASAP.
Camp fees are really discounted for registering and paying early! This helps you out financially and helps us get ready for camp.

Vendors at the Bazaar:
Check in with the Registrar in the dining hall upon arrival. Vendors are expected to tithe 10% of total sales back to the camp.

Friday Afternoon Retreat at Red Bud
You must pre-register with Camp Manager Gayan Galik for the Red Bud Friday Afternoon Retreat. If you need a ride between Rising Sun and Red Bud for this retreat, contact Safia at email@example.com by Wed May 20.
Tent Camping and RV vehicles
Tent camping is not permitted within group camps by park ranger regulations. Exceptions were made in the past due to Pin Oak unavailability but now we have Red Bud as our overflow camp. If you want to tent, plan to reserve a campsite with the State Park and we will discount your camp fees to reimburse your the cost of the campground fee. Contact Gayan about this ASAP for details.
There has been a tradition of a couple of small RVs allowed by special permission and arranged ahead of time in the past. Contact Gayan about this ASAP for details.

Transportation To and From Camp
This year we're trying something new: we have a staff member assisting campers with coordinating rides to and from the airport, as well as helping potential carpoolers find each other.
